Why is this month different from all other months?


In reality, this day isn't much different than the 364 other days at your disposal. Every day is an opportunity. The people that truly make big positive changes in their lives play the long game. They are in it to win it. Just like we are.

At MAD Fitness, we support every single Resolutioner, whether they come to us January 1st, February 22nd, April 28th or otherwise. We are always ready to commit to you, whenever you are ready to commit to yourself.



So what is a better way to approach it?


The best thing you can do is be yourself, and that will help lead you to the best version of yourself. What does that mean? It means you need to be true to who you are, and understand what you are willing to do and what you are not, in regards to your personality and lifestyle. Having that awareness is what will help you make these changes achievable and sustatinable, otherwise you will never be comfortable in this "new skin". The way you can achieve that is slowly start moving towards the best you, that way you can continue to build healthy habits into the way you currently live your life, and it wont feel overwhelming or foreign. The longer you spend adopting these new behaviors, the more they will feel like you, and they better youll feel.
